Shipping policy

Please contact our Customer Care Team at sales@puredust.com.au if you have any questions regarding your order with Pure Dust.

Delivery of your product is done with great care at Pure Dust and most importantly it is free for orders over $150AUD. For your convenience, we deliver via AusPost anywhere within Australia. Please note we cannot ship goods to an address outside Australia.

We make our best efforts to deliver products within 5-10 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process. WA, NT, Far North QLD and remote country areas please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority; usually the same day. To keep you in the loop, we'll notify you by email when this has been done which will provide you with all the details you need to track your order.

Express shipping can be organised at the customers request.
